Ordering of DVDs and Videos of the Conference Presentations

The order forms for videos and DVDs have been revised. There are now two sets of forms as follows:

1. Order Form for DVDs; and
2. Order Form for Videos (VHS format).

Click on the particular format/type (i.e. DVD or video) to download the relevant form. The ordering instructions are on the forms.

ABIQ apologises for the inconvenience. This revision is necessary because we could not fit more than 2 presentations onto one DVD.
